Current BYOD program:

St Augustine’s currently has a 1-1 iPad/Chromebook program. An iPad or a Chromebook are required from Grade 3 to Grade 6 and is optional for students in Prep to Grade 2.

Cybersafety:

The school has a number of internet protocols and security overlays to protect students when they are accessing the internet. The school continuously updates these programs and protocols but we recognise that we can never fully guarantee students will not come across something inappropriate when using technology at school. It is the school's stance that students should be educated in how to deal with these situations when they arise.

St Augustine’s works in conjunction with eSmart, The Allanah and Madeline Foundation, ACMA and Commonsense Media to provide a contemporary Cybersafety and positive Digital Citizen curriculum.
