ENROLMENT INFOMATION

To arrange for a school tour and meeting with the Principal, or for more information, please contact the school on 03 9781 3007.

We encourage all prospective families to visit our school and see for yourselves the wonderful opportunities that St Augustine's provides.

For any familiy that would like to submit an enrolment the following documents are required:

• Enrolment Form (to be completed and signed)
  •   Parent Occupational index 
• Student’s Birth Certificate
• Student’s Baptismal Certificate (if applicable) 
• Student’s Immunisation Certificate
• Parent/Guardian/Carer Code of Conduct (to be signed)
• Student Code of Conduct (to be signed)
• School Enrolment Agreement (to be signed)
• Health Care Card/Pension Card (if applicable) 
• Any relevant Medical reports/ Diagnosis Reports (if applicable) 
• Kinder Information 2024 (to be completed) ( so our Principal can visit your child at their current Kinder/Childcare)
• Consent to transfer information (to be completed and signed)

Once the student erolment has been accepted by our school Principal, you will receive a letter of offer for a position at our school.  Parents will the need to acccept the offer.

2025 Student Prep Orientation Sessions

Once enrolled at our school, the 2025 Prep students are invited to attend a number of school transitions sessions.  These sessions provide an opportunity for the new Preps to become familiar with the school setting.
